Senior carer Vacancy

We are recruiting for a specific role of senior carer to join our ever-growing team; this role will also require the candidate to be able to support clients in their own homes.

Being a positive mentor to your team and working closely with the other seniors.

As part of the senior role, you will be required to take the emergency out-of-hours phone calls during the week and weekends on a pro rata basis for six weeks.

Duties will include:

· Home care to support clients within their own homes must have a UK driver’s licence and access to their own vehicle.

· Working with either complex clients as a double-handed carer or single-handed carer.

· Have good computer knowledge.

· Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Good organisational skills.

· Be calm under pressure and willing to support others in an emergency.

· Spot check your allocated carers

The role requires you to have experience within the care sector and have a good working ethic and strive to carry out the role to the highest standards you will also need to have good knowledge of key legislations and be willing to learn our policies and procedures.
