The Perfect Balance Between Health & Care

The care my mother has received has been excellent and the carers who have visited her have always been professional, reliable, always concerned for her wellbeing providing both personal care and companionship. The agency worked with the family to provide a person centred care package for my mother.  It has always been easy to speak to a member of the team to discuss any day-to-day issues. They offer support to the client and the family.

I can’t thank them enough for taking such good care of my mother. 

What can I say, except the way this company performs is beyond excellent….they are an exceptional company who are diligent where my Father in Law’s care is concerned. I don’t even have to keep a running diary anymore.

We trust them completely and know that Dad’s care is well taken care of at all times. They report any concerns directly to us and in our absence will contact the relevant health care worker.

I have absolutely no reservations when writing this recommendation. The standard of care ‘We Care Together’ provide should be the norm not the exception, there is nothing that is too much trouble for them where Dad’s care is concerned. The care they provide is a direct elevated contrast to the four companies we had before them.

As you can imagine searching for a company to care for my fathers need has been difficult, time consuming and fraught with worry.  It should not be this hard to find good quality care for our loved ones.

We have had several companies before the we’ve found the label ‘care’ hard to accept and use…. up until now that is….

We are so grateful to Chantal and Jo of ‘We Care Together’  who have gone out of their way to elevate Dads quality of life. I love my father and will never accept sub standard care providers ever again.

Dads care through ‘We Care Together’ has been a delight to watch. its fantastic to see my dad laugh again, wonderful to hear him chat and look forward to the future again.

Our time and quality of life has also improved immensely as We Care Together have taken care of Dad beyond our expectations and have proved themselves trustworthy in all aspects of Dad’s personal  needs. They made my mums time left with us comfortable and respectful, she looked forward to seeing them and whatever they suggested she would go with.
